Lesley Carson

Lesley formed Inca in December 2002 making her the longest serving member of the team. She is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant and a fellow of the ACCA – both the largest and fastest growing professional accountancy body. What is perhaps most remarkable is that she is self-taught having studied at home to gain her qualifications whilst in full-time employment. That passion, commitment and determination are part of Inca’s philosophy. Lesley is the senior accountant at Inca responsible for the accounting and taxation needs of our clients. She combines this role with managing the team of bookkeepers.

 

Lesley has grown up with horses and competed at pony club, riding club and later in dressage having been coached by a British Olympian. This love of horses extends to films with Seabiscuit ranking among her favourites – she and Claire are well matched. Lesley loves to cook and is particularly great when given a few ingredients and leaving the rest to her imagination. Lesley also enjoys travelling and would love to tour China and Malaysia.
