Graham Carson

Graham joined Inca in March 2003 having previously been Managing Director of ORGA, the UK’s leading smart card supplier as well as the group’s global head of banking. He’s also Lesley’s husband making her his boss in all aspects of life, he says he’s the lucky one. Graham looks after the client relationship management for Inca, giving our customers a common point of contact irrespective of how big they (or even we) grow. He is able to explain tax and accounting matters in simple language making it easy for our clients to understand their business finances and save tax. As Sally Firth of The Oxford Home Service Ltd puts it, "Inca are approachable , friendly, efficient and patient – someone you can talk to in layman's terms and understand."

Graham represents the business at BNI, 4networking and The Wealth Club and is always looking for ways to guide his fellow members at no cost to them or to help them make the contacts they seek. He learnt to ride horses after meeting Lesley and is a keen follower of horse racing and Arsenal. Graham’s dream is to ride in a horse race as well as to breed race horses for his close friend Martin Bosley to train. He would love to visit China, although it’s Japan and the Teppanyaki style of cooking which most appeals. Graham’s main musical love is U2 (which added to the horses makes it no surprise he’s Irish). One of his favourite films is Sleepless in Seattle – the restaurant featured is where he proposed to Lesley.
